As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in evolving how we work, helping teams adopt new tools, workflows, and AI-enabled delivery practices as part of a rapidly changing technology landscape.</p> <p class="p1">In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital and AI-enabled products, working closely with engineers, architects, and designers to bring ambitious ideas to life. Our hybrid in-studio/WFH model supports balance and flexibility.</p> <p class="p2">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1"><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical and AI-enabled products.</li> <li>Ensure solutions are well-architected, scalable, and built to a high standard.</li> <li>Work closely with development, architecture, and design teams to shape and deliver product outcomes.</li> <li>Translate product and technical requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans.</li> <li>Manage scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining a strong focus on product quality.</li> <li>Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across projects.</li> <li>Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Contribute to evolving delivery practices, including adoption of AI tools and new ways of working.</li> </ul> <p class="p2">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1"><strong>QUALITIES &amp; CHARACTERISTICS</strong></p> <ul> <li class="p1">Strong experience delivering complex digital products in a technical environment.</li> <li class="p1">Understand modern architectures (e.g. composable, headless, cloud-based).</li> <li class="p1">Experience with Agile delivery and iterative product development.</li> <li class="p1">Ability to balance delivery discipline with product thinking and quality outcomes.</li> <li class="p1">Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.</li> <li class="p1">Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment.</li> <li class="p1">Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and bring clarity.</li> <li class="p1">A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, and how they shape product delivery.</li> <li class="p1">A focus on quality and impact, not just timelines and outputs.</li> <li class="p1">Ability to challenge thinking constructively to improve outcomes.</li> <li class="p1">Leads by example, bringing energy, ownership, and momentum to delivery.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-weight: 300;">We believe great work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
