You will ensure that delivery aligns with development standards, architectural principles, and operational expectations.</span><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You'll have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies including AWS S3, AWS Lambda, AWS Fargate, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, SQL, and Python. Plus, you will provide day-to-day technical guidance and review for our offshore development teams, helping to ensure that the work is not only understood but also designed, implemented, tested, and supported for the long term!</span></p> <h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge, Skills and Experience</span></h4> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Essential Knowledge</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer, Data Warehouse Developer, Data Engineer, or in a similar technical data role.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience developing and maintaining data warehouse solutions and ETL processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data quality principles.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with cloud-based data engineering services.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A solid grasp of software engineering best practices, including maintainability, version control, testing, review, and documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in Agile delivery environments.</span></li> <li Skills</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, data transformation, modeling, reconciliation, and validation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficient in Python for data engineering, automation, ETL, or API development.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with AWS S3 for data storage and exchange.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with AWS Glue or similar control tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Understanding of CI/CD, environment management, deployment safety, and operational support.</span></li> </ul> style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with Java or other backend development languages.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with AWS IAM, secrets
