The central purpose of this position is to <strong>provide a customer-centric focus</strong>, model purposeful leadership, and drive results for sales managers, Brokers &amp; the firm.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:&nbsp; </strong></p> <ul> <li>Provides exceptional solutions that support the small group strategies</li> <li>Assists in evaluating target brokers &amp; deploying a plan for successful engagement</li> <li>Builds and maintains strong product knowledge&nbsp;</li> <li>Formulates and implements quoting strategy for new business and renewals</li> <li>Builds and maintains relationships with brokers</li> <li>Provides brokers with timely, solution‐oriented responses to their business needs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Competencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current Accident and Health and Life Insurance License</li> <li>Two to three years of related experience (customer service, health insurance, administrative support, etc)</li> <ul> <li>or equivalent of education and experience</li> <li>Insurance agency experience is preferred</li> <li>Inside sales experience is preferred</li> </ul> <li>University Degree preferred but not required</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office software</li> <li>Emphasis in Outlook and Excel</li> </ul> <p><strong>Snapshot of what Amwins provides to our team members:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience</li> <li>Position eligible for annual bonus</li> <li>Full benefits package available</li> <ul> <li>Most benefits available first day of employment</li> </ul> <li>Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)</li> <li>Collaborative, continuing education focused work environment</li> <li>Career advancement opportunities</li> </ul> <p><em>The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
