This role drives census growth, expands referral networks, and strengthens market presence through innovative partnerships and data-informed strategies. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of hospice or post-acute care, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in business development.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities </u></strong><u>include the following.
