Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>L</strong><strong>ocation:</strong> Phoenix, AZ</p> <p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full Time</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_xxmsonormal"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Monitor operational performance metrics and conduct regular performance analysis.<br></span></li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, including executive-level presentation materials.<br></span></li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Prepare weekly operational reports and management updates.<br></span></li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Monitor and consolidate daily and weekly operational performance across factory business and ESS logistics operations.<br></span></li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Support customer coordination activities, including meeting preparation, KPI tracking, and follow-up on issues.<br></span></li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Track operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.<br></span></li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Assist with operational planning related to volume fluctuations, new business activities, and process changes.<br></span></li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Create detailed financial and operational reports, including revenue forecasts, expense tracking, and profitability analysis.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_xxmsonormal">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.</li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal">0–2 years of experience in business planning, logistics, operations, finance, or data analysis preferred.</li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal">Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions).</li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal">Ability to organize and analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.</li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal">Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li> <li class="x_xxmsonormal">Bilingual in English and Korean preferred, but not required.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The base pay range for this role is between $65,000 - $72,000 per Salary, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
