This role forms part of the People at Axiom (PAX) function and will involve execution of a range of operational processes and management of pre-employment checks for all North American legal talent and HQ candidates. This is a position for someone who is detail-oriented and can be effective in learning and managing a wide scope of activities. The candidate will be confident, direct, and determined in the pursuit of maintaining 100% compliance within tight turnaround times.  Axiom’s total rewards philosophy is to be transparent and equitable with all job candidates. The annual base salary range for this role located in Chicago, Illinois is $52,000 - $60,000 + 10% bonus depending on experience.
