Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.  Job Duties & Functions:  <ul> <li>Collect blood specimens and prepare them for laboratory testing.</li> <li>Conduct intake interviews to gather consumer medical histories.</li> <li>Measure and record vital signs, including pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height.</li> <li>Document medical history, test results, and vital statistics in consumer medical records.</li> <li>Share relevant medical information with the treatment team to support integrated care.</li> <li>Coordinate medical care with clinical staff and psychiatrists.</li> <li>Foster a trauma-informed environment that promotes wellness.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Requirements & Qualifications:  <ul> <li>Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Certification as a Medical Assistant is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Minimum one year of experience in a clinical or medical office setting required. Experience working in a community mental health center or behavioral health environment is strongly preferred.</li> </ul>   <hr> Work Location: 4455 E 12th Ave. Denver, CO 80222  Shift/Hours: This is a Monday-Friday opportunity observing standard business hours. Physical Requirements:  Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds.
