By combining deep expertise in clinical trials with cutting-edge AI, we empower research teams and study sponsors to expand and expedite access to novel therapeutics for patients in need.</p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Manager of Business Development Operations to own end-to-end BD execution across our IBD, broader GI, and hepatology portfolio. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, site operations, and sponsor partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will serve as the primary internal point of contact for new contracts and play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution from lead to signed study. You will own the processes, metrics, and relationships that keep our BD pipeline moving — and ultimately help bring new therapies to patients faster.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end, internal business development process from initial sponsor engagement through contract execution, serving as the single internal touchpoint for new contracts</li> <li>Lead the cross-functional scoping and pricing process for new study opportunities</li> <li>Keep the business development pipeline organized and visible by maintaining up-to-date reporting on where each opportunity stands</li> <li>Support the Director of Business Development in preparing for key sponsor interactions, including developing pitches and proposals, building conference materials, and ensuring the team shows up well-prepared for high-stakes meetings</li> <li>Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve the business development process to accelerate deal pull-through and reduce time to contract close</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>4–7+ years of experience in life sciences, clinical trials, business development, or enterprise partnerships</li> <li>Experience managing end-to-end commercial processes, from scoping and pricing through contract execution</li> <li>Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of working effectively across clinical, operations, and legal teams</li> <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals and workstreams simultaneously</li> <li>Excellent communication and relationship management skills</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or adjacent therapeutic areas</li> <li>Deep understanding of the clinical trials landscape <ul> <li>Advanced degree in healthcare or business (MBA, MPH, or equivalent)</li> </ul> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">New York pay range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$100,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$140,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Iterative Health, we’re actively working towards creating an environment that is representative of the diversity of patients our technology serves.
