We’re looking for a Regional Health & Safety Consultant / Trainer to join our team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for a safety professional who enjoys variety—one day you may be delivering OSHA training, another day conducting a facility assessment, and another helping a client strengthen a written safety program. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently while being part of an experienced consulting team that helps organizations protect employees, improve safety performance, and navigate OSHA requirements. What We're Looking For <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We’re looking for someone who combines technical safety knowledge with strong communication and client-service skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A strong candidate will have:</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Approximately 5+ years of occupational health and safety experience, particularly in training, hazard identification, compliance, or safety program development.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience delivering safety training to adult learners.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Working knowledge of OSHA General Industry requirements.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The ability to identify workplace hazards and recommend practical corrective actions.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Confidence working directly with clients, supervisors, managers, and employees.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The ability to work independently while collaborating with a consulting team.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A professional, responsive, customer-focused approach.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Don't meet every preferred qualification? Travel & Work Environment <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This position is based in the Greater Philadelphia region, with client work primarily throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Regional travel is an important part of the position.
