You will partner closely with executive stakeholders across Product, Finance, GTM, and Operations to deliver measurable business impact while elevating the credibility and effectiveness of the data function. </div> Here's a closer look at this key role: <ul> <li>Data Platform & Technical Leadership</li> <li>Own and evolve the end-to-end data architecture across Snowflake and Power BI</li> <li>Drive improvements in data modeling, transformation frameworks, semantic layer design, performance, and cost efficiency</li> <li>Establish best practices for data engineering, BI development, and analytics consumption</li> <li>Ensure a scalable, reliable, and high-quality data foundation</li> </ul> AI-First Data & Analytics Strategy <ul> <li>Define and execute an AI-first data strategy aligned with enterprise priorities</li> <li>Enable trusted, governed datasets to support machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI use cases</li> <li>Drive adoption of AI-enabled analytics, including automated insights and augmented BI experiences</li> <li>Partner with business and technical leaders to translate AI opportunities into real business value</li> </ul> Data Governance & Trust Transformation <ul> <li>Design and implement a company-wide data governance framework from the ground up, including:</li> <ul> <li>Data ownership and stewardship models</li> <li>Data quality standards and SLAs</li> <li>Metadata management and lineage</li> </ul> <li>Establish clear accountability mechanisms across business and technical teams</li> <li>Lead initiatives to rebuild enterprise trust in data through transparency, consistency, and measurable improvements</li> </ul> Executive Stakeholder Leadership <ul> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decision-making and driving alignment</li> <li>Manage competing priorities across a highly matrixed organization</li> <li>Ensure strong follow-through on commitments, with clear communication and accountability</li> <li>Translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable business insights</li> </ul> Organizational Leadership & Execution <ul> <li>Build and lead a high-performing BI and data organization with a culture of ownership and accountability</li> <li>Drive execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, bringing structure and clarity where needed</li> <li>Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through delivery and measurable outcomes</li> <li>Partner with vendors and strategic partners to deliver scalable and secure solutions</li> </ul> <div>What You'll Need: <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or BI leadership, including enterprise-level ownership</li> <li>Deep experience with modern data platforms, particularly Snowflake, and BI tools such as Power BI</li> <li>Strong understanding of data modeling, transformation, and semantic layer design</li> <li>Proven ability to improve data quality, reliability, and performance at scale</li> <li>Experience enabling data foundations for AI/ML or advanced analytics use cases, with the ability to connect AI initiatives to tangible business outcomes</li> <li>Strong track record of delivering results in complex, fast-changing environments</li> <li>Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment at the executive level</li> <li>Demonstrated strong follow-through, accountability, and delivering on commitments</li> <li>Politically savvy with the ability to navigate organizational complexity and conflicting priorities</li> <li>Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks at scale</li> <li>Strong understanding of organizational change management across business and technical teams</li> <li>Experience developing and executing data and technology roadmaps aligned to
