To turn this goal into a reality we need you and other exceptionally talented, agile, and innovative individuals who are eager to contribute to something extraordinary!</p> <p>At Welch's, we're not just offering a job; we're inviting you to be a part of a vibrant, authentic, and inclusive culture where you not only belong, but also have the opportunity to unleash the best, most authentic version of you.</p></div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong><br><br>Provide maintenance services for seasonal equipment and all equipment for plant production and processing to accomplish established production requirements.</p> <p><strong>Pay rate starts at $28.23</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Where You'll Work</strong></p> <p>This role will be based out of our 24/7 manufacturing facility in Lawton, MI.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for production and processing equipment, refrigeration, boiler room, waste plant, building maintenance, seasonal preparation, and gas wells.</li> <li>Develops familiarity with the maintenance requirement of plant processing, production and seasonal operations through a thorough and continuing evaluation of production, processing and seasonal requirements, techniques, procedures, facilities and equipment.
