Eliot's Clubhouse is an accredited day program that provides adults in mental illness opportunities for employment, education, housing, health and wellness, socialization and community linkages.&nbsp;</p> <p>Grounded in the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery, the clubhouse operates as a member-driven program where individuals actively participate in all aspects of service delivery and are empowered to shape, evaluate, and improve program operations according to their needs and preferences.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Promote hope, autonomy, and empowerment through person-centered services and individualized Action Plans</li> <li>Engage members in structured, therapeutic group work that supports vocational skills and meaningful relationships</li> <li>Facilitate recovery-focused workshops and provide flexible support for employment and entitlement navigation</li> <li>Support connection to natural community resources and independent living skills development</li> <li>Facilitate the preparation of lunch daily, weekly grocery shopping and menu planning with clubhouse members</li> <li>Complete all required documentation and assist with member transportation as needed</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field</li> <li>Experience&nbsp;working with adults experiencing severe mental illness</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts drivers license&nbsp;</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm</li> </ul> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$21</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$21 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
