support for devices, software, and systems</li> <li data-section-id="u35yf2" data-start="471" data-end="526">Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues</li> <li data-section-id="fsh9lo" data-start="527" data-end="567">Manage service tickets and meet SLAs</li> <li data-section-id="1xfammv" data-start="568" data-end="619">Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Azure AD</li> <li data-section-id="ma1c1c" data-start="620" data-end="678">Handle user account setup, onboarding, and offboarding</li> <li data-section-id="12etknn" data-start="679" data-end="729">Assist with networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls)</li> <li data-section-id="1q6u8cm" data-start="730" data-end="783">Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance</li> <li data-section-id="k5r58x"
