<p class="overflow-wrap-anywhere mb-4 break-words text-base font-normal leading-7 last:mb-0 [li_&]:mb-0">The <span class="font-semibold">Regional Director, Client Operations Group</span> will lead a team within the COG organization and partner closely with cross-functional groups including Product Management, Outside Sales, Branch General Managers, and Engineering to deliver on customer requests and commitments.</p>
<p class="overflow-wrap-anywhere mb-4 break-words text-base font-normal leading-7 last:mb-0 [li_&]:mb-0">This role is responsible for driving process development, continuous improvement, training, and key business performance indicators (KPIs), while modeling a hands-on, “lead from the front” leadership style.</p>
<h3 class="mb-1 mt-4 break-words text-lg font-semibold"><span class="font-semibold">Key Responsibilities</span></h3>
<ul>
<li class="overflow-wrap-anywhere mb-4 break-words text-base font-normal leading-7 last:mb-0 [li_&]:mb-0">Evaluate workflows across estimating, order entry, production, and shipping to identify opportunities for efficiency and improved yield. Implement Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and lead times.</li>
<li class="overflow-wrap-anywhere mb-4 break-words text-base font-normal leading-7 last:mb-0 [li_&]:mb-0">Lead the estimating team to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive quotes for standard and custom storefronts, railings, and glass entrances. Ensure follow-up on high-value quotes to improve conversion rates.</li>
<li class="overflow-wrap-anywhere mb-4 break-words text-base font-normal leading-7 last:mb-0 [li_&]:mb-0">Oversee order processing for complex projects, ensuring speed and accuracy. Foster a customer-first culture that supports inquiries, technical needs, and issue resolution while reinforcing CRL’s reputation for reliable service.</li>
<li class="overflow-wrap-anywhere mb-4 break-words text-base font-normal leading-7 last:mb-0 [li_&]:mb-0">Lead the project team serving as liaison between customers, sales, and manufacturing. Align schedules, adapt to changing site conditions, and resolve project bottlenecks.</li>
<li class="overflow-wrap-anywhere mb-4 break-words text-base font-normal leading-7 last:mb-0 [li_&]:mb-0">Coach, develop, and lead managers and estimators to drive accountability, consistency, and high performance.</li>
<li class="overflow-wrap-anywhere mb-4 break-words text-base font-normal leading-7 last:mb-0 [li_&]:mb-0">Champion and model CRL’s mission, vision, and values in daily leadership and decision-making.</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="mb-1 mt-4 break-words text-lg font-semibold"><span class="font-semibold">What We’re Looking For</span></h3>
<ul>
<li>10–15+ years of experience in construction, building materials, or technical sales environments</li>
<li>Proven success leading leaders (managing managers) in a performance-driven organization</li>
<li>Strong operational and analytical mindset with experience using KPIs to drive decision-making and outcomes</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams, processes, and systems in complex, cross-functional environments</li>
<li>Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally</li>
<li>Clear and effective communicator with strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>High level of business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and ERP systems (Tandem preferred)</li>
