This role develops an understanding of business operations, project delivery processes, and stakeholder coordination while supporting successful execution of field-based construction projects.</p> <p>Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines and supporting internal and external customer needs.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Promote and maintain a strong <strong>safety culture</strong>, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental policies</li> <li>Assist Project Manager(s) in managing projects under direct supervision</li> <li>Support development and tracking of <strong>project performance metrics</strong>, budgets, and cost controls</li> <li>Assist with <strong>cost tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, and reporting</strong></li> <li>Coordinate with field supervision, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and clients</li> <li>Support <strong>material procurement, submittals, and equipment tracking</strong></li> <li>Assist with <strong>subcontractor coordination and contract compliance</strong></li> <li>Maintain accurate project documentation including <strong>billing, cost reporting, and scheduling records</strong></li> <li>Support <strong>federal/state reporting and project correspondence</strong> as required</li> <li>Participate in construction meetings and contribute to project coordination</li> <li>Assist with <strong>proposals, estimates, and quantity take-offs</strong></li> <li>Provide onsite administrative and project support for long-term assignments</li> <li>Assist with <strong>change management, productivity tracking, and project closeout activities</strong></li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management</strong>, or related field <strong>(or equivalent combination of education and experience)</strong></li> <li><strong>0–3 years</strong> of relevant experience (construction, industrial, or electrical preferred)</li> <li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record</li> <li>Ability to travel nationwide and commit to long-term onsite projects</li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong> (experience with construction/project software is a plus)</li> <li>Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Core Developmental Competencies</strong></h2> <p>Successful candidates will demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>Customer Focus</li> <li>Action Orientation</li> <li>Personal Accountability</li> <li>Drives Results</li> <li>Interpersonal Savvy</li> <li>Values Differences</li> <li>Communicates Effectively</li> <li>Instills Trust</li> <li>Self-Awareness &amp;
