This is a hybrid role that should be located somewhere in our current DMV market (DC, Alexandria, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Baltimore, Arlington, Frederick) <h3>Compensation & Benefits </h3> <ul> <li>$220,000 - $270,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives</li> <li>Medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA  </li> <li>401(k) with match  </li> <li>Annual CEU budget of $2,500 annually </li> <li>Admin, billing and marketing support </li> <li>PTO + 10 paid holidays  </li> <li>Professional liability insurance </li> <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li> <li>Short & long-term disability  </li> <li>Life insurance  </li> <li>Office space in one of our DMV locations </li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring </h3> <ul> <li>MD with an active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure) in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.</li> <li>Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain without restriction).</li> <li>3+ years of experience providing medical direction and supervision, particularly with Medicare patients. </li> <li>Board certified or board eligible in General Psychiatry.</li> <li>Board certification or eligibility in Geriatric Psychiatry or Consult/Liaison Psychiatry is preferred.</li> <li>Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) participation is preferred, but not required.</li> </ul> <h3>What You’ll Do </h3> <ul> <li>Provide Structured Care Review (SCR) to primary treating clinician through systematic case review and treatment plan oversight (average of 32 review hours per week and 6 to 10 patient reviews per hour).
