Reporting to the AP Manager, this role supports high-volume accounts payable processes, maintaining vendor records and ensuring accurate financial documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Department</strong>: Accounting</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage AP workflow: code invoices by account and club, route for approval, and ensure timely vendor payments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain vendor records, including setup, updates, and IRS 1099 documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Upload AP data to Oracle and reconcile exceptions to ensure completeness</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and reconcile batch and ad hoc payments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with external audit requests related to AP and Fixed Assets.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate with vendors to resolve disputes or reconciling differences</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor workflow exceptions and report issues.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work independently, managing daily tasks and meeting deadlines.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1-3 years of accounting / accounts payable experience, preferably in high-volume AP environments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable processing high-volume transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly organized, able to handle a high volume of transactions during peak periods.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal—with internal teams and external vendors.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must successfully pass Background Check.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to access and operate Company computer systems including preparing documents, enter data into computer system, read reports from a computer database or email system.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$27.50</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$27.50 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits and Perks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A highly energetic and collaborative team.</li> <li>A management team that cares about your professional development.</li> <li>Free membership for you and plus one family member.</li> <li>Discounted Personal Training, and merchandise – including supplements.</li> <li>Employee referral program.</li> <li>Daily Pay offered - access your funds before payday.</li> <li>Competitive pay plus vacation, holiday, and sick pay.*</li> <li>Group Health, dental, vision, Supplemental Life, and Employee Assistant Program are offered!*</li> <li>401(k) + Company matching!*</li> <li>Personal education growth options with Sophia Learning.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">* Based on eligibility of tenure and full-time vs. part-time employment.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1;"><sub>EōS Fitness is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
