This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation needs for assigned projects.</li> <li>Provide oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance.</li> <li>Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program.</li> <li>Maintain and review punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and support start-up and commissioning activities.</li> <li>Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure successful delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>1–3 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.</li> <li>Ability to understand workforce requirements, monitor project progress, and troubleshoot field engineering problems.</li> <li>Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities.</li> <li>Strong ability to manage relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trade partners and vendors.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.</li> <li>Familiarity with scheduling tools and QA/QC processes.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
