About the Role

<p>We are looking for a highly motivated Sponsorships Account Manager to join our team in São Paulo. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong hunter mentality and a passion for sports, entertainment, and cultural properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new sponsorship partnerships, helping expand the league’s commercial footprint and brand ecosystem.</p> <p>This is a strategic sales role focused on business development, requiring the ability to build consultative partnerships with leading brands and agencies. This is a full time role with the expectations of 5 days in the São Paulo office in Brazil.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify and prospect new sponsorship opportunities across sports, entertainment, and brand marketing sectors</li> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with brand decision-makers, marketing leaders, and agencies</li> <li>Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing sponsorship agreements</li> <li>Design and position consultative partnership proposals aligned with brands’ marketing and business objectives</li> <li>Collaborate internally with marketing, events, and partnerships teams to craft compelling sponsorship packages</li> <li>Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently deliver new partnership revenue</li> <li>Represent the league in meetings, events, and industry forums when relevant</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>5–7+ years of experience in sponsorship sales within sports, entertainment, media, or cultural properties</li> <li>Proven track record in prospecting and closing partnership deals</li> <li>Strong business development mindset with a hunter profile</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline with minimal supervision</li> <li>Fluency in English is required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>Commercially driven and results-oriented</li> <li>Entrepreneurial and self-managed</li> <li>Strong relationship builder with brands and agencies</li> <li>Strategic thinker capable of crafting consultative partnership solutions</li> </ul> <p>If you are passionate about building partnerships and helping brands connect with audiences through sports and culture, we would love to hear from you.</p>
