This is a high-growth role where you will tackle complex architectural challenges—from performance and scale to sustainability—while collaborating with world-class engineering leaders. You will turn raw data into concrete product improvements, acting as a critical bridge between customer needs and the technical innovations that power thousands of global deployments.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="4"><strong data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="0">WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></h3> <ul data-path-to-node="5"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Drive Data-Informed Product Evolution:</strong> Analyze telemetry, support trends, and sales patterns to identify system bottlenecks and product gaps, turning these insights into quantitative recommendations that shape our portfolio strategy.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Define Actionable Product Requirements:</strong> Partner with Solutions Engineers and customers to translate day-to-day challenges into crisp user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs for specific hardware and software improvements.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Execute the Systems Roadmap:</strong> Lead the end-to-end delivery of defined functional areas—from design reviews to launch readiness—ensuring our FlashArray and FlashBlade platforms meet rigorous standards for operability and performance.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Streamline Global Operations:</strong> Collaborate with Hardware and Operations teams to ensure accurate configuration rules and SKU definitions, making it easier for our field teams and customers to size and deploy Everpure solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Champion Cross-Functional Alignment:</strong> Act as a central point of contact between Engineering, Purity software, and QA teams to clarify requirements and track the delivery of key features against our organizational goals.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="6"><strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="0">WHAT YOU BRING</strong></h3> <ul data-path-to-node="7"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Analytical Problem Solving:</strong> A proven ability to break down complex technical problems into structured, shippable increments using data-driven logic rather than anecdotes.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Curiosity:</strong> A genuine interest in how high-performance storage systems (like FlashArray and FlashBlade) work, with the hunger to dive deep into hardware, software, and operational details.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Collaborative Execution:</strong> Experience in a technical product, program management, or engineering-adjacent role where you have successfully managed projects from concept to completion.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Communication and Influence:</strong> The ability to present clear analysis and propose decisions with confidence while remaining open to feedback and focused on the collective success of the team.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Location:</strong> We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.</p> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
