With continuous access to support from our Virtual Medical Team, we provide accessible, comprehensive, and coordinated care grounded in longitudinal, healing relationships.  As a Registered Nurse, you’ll report to the RN Manager based off your specific region of New York and play a critical role in delivering high-quality primary care. Your responsibilities center on clinical nursing care, patient education, care coordination, and continuous clinical excellence across the lifespan. In New York, the RN is an essential member of the care team, helping ensure care is delivered safely and effectively in accordance with applicable nursing regulations, scope-of-practice requirements, and clinical guidelines. Our clinics provide broad, comprehensive primary care, and the RN plays a key role in bringing this model to life - supporting patients, partnering closely with providers, and ensuring continuity and One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The base hourly range for this role is $49.50 to $52.50 per hour (plus weekend differential) based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
