<h3 data-section-id="mprbmu" data-start="941" data-end="963"><strong data-start="945" data-end="963">About the Role</strong></h3>
<p data-start="964" data-end="1102">We are hiring a <strong data-start="980" data-end="1012">hands-on Engineering Manager</strong> to lead a team of engineers while actively contributing to system design and development.</p>
<p data-start="1104" data-end="1304">This is a <strong data-start="1114" data-end="1135">player-coach role</strong>. You will not be successful here if you prefer to stay at a high level. You are expected to be directly involved in architecture, technical decision-making, and coding.</p>
<p data-start="1306" data-end="1515">You will partner closely with Product to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while leading a team responsible for both maintaining existing systems and building new applications.</p>

<ul data-start="1545" data-end="2116">
<li data-section-id="nin0gp" data-start="1545" data-end="1626">Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, driving performance and growth</li>
<li data-section-id="kgncr4" data-start="1627" data-end="1698">Act as a technical leader, owning architecture and design decisions</li>
<li data-section-id="zak24" data-start="1699" data-end="1783">Partner with Product to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions</li>
<li data-section-id="3j5tkd" data-start="1784" data-end="1860">Contribute directly to code and perform code reviews (primarily in .NET)</li>
<li data-section-id="1bim5be" data-start="1861" data-end="1920">Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server</li>
<li data-section-id="iqtr4u" data-start="1921" data-end="1971">Guide modernization of legacy PHP applications</li>
<li data-section-id="gveben" data-start="1972" data-end="2043">Help architect and build new applications using modern technologies</li>
<li data-section-id="1ysk97t" data-start="2044" data-end="2116">Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software</li>

<p data-start="2147" data-end="2160"><strong data-start="2147" data-end="2160">Required:</strong></p>
<ul data-start="2161" data-end="2612">
<li data-section-id="1t27z15" data-start="2161" data-end="2211">5–10+ years of software engineering experience</li>
<li data-section-id="68pz21" data-start="2212" data-end="2286">Proven experience leading engineering teams (not a first-time manager)</li>
<li data-section-id="15rcnjo" data-start="2287" data-end="2362">Strong, hands-on expertise in <strong data-start="2319" data-end="2327">.NET</strong> (designing and building systems)</li>
<li data-section-id="1c29x3o" data-start="2363" data-end="2458">Strong experience with <strong data-start="2388" data-end="2402">SQL Server</strong>, including data modeling and performance optimization</li>
<li data-section-id="1chocxj" data-start="2459" data-end="2531">Experience translating product requirements into technical solutions</li>
<li data-section-id="1oorrcs" data-start="2532" data-end="2612">Demonstrated ability to operate as both a technical leader and people leader</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="2614" data-end="2628"><strong data-start="2614" data-end="2628">Preferred:</strong></p>

<li data-section-id="13muvol" data-start="2785" data-end="2824">Experience in B2B SaaS environments</li>
