In this role, you'll partner with U.S. Government customers and Intelligence Community stakeholders to analyze complex threat information, produce actionable intelligence, and deliver insights that inform mission-critical decisions.  We're looking for a curious, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning large volumes of information into clear, concise intelligence products. If you're passionate about intelligence, enjoy solving complex problems, and are motivated by mission impact, we'd love to hear from you.  💼What You'll Do  <ul> <li>Conducting comprehensive all-source intelligence analysis to identify, evaluate, and report on terrorism and counterterrorism threats to the United States and its global interests. </li> <li>Producing daily intelligence outputs such as situational updates, threat assessments, and analytical summaries to support ongoing mission objectives. </li> <li>Researching and synthesizing information from multiple intelligence streams to deliver timely, accurate assessments of emerging threats, trends, and terrorist activities. </li> <li>Responding to analytical taskings and customer requirements by creating concise, well-supported intelligence products and providing prompt answers to information requests. </li> <li>Developing intelligence reports using databases, mapping systems, visualization tools, and graphics to clearly present complex analytical insights. </li> <li>Collaborating closely with Intelligence Community partners, Department of State teams, and other government agencies to coordinate reporting, validate information, and build comprehensive assessments. </li> <li>Applying Intelligence Community analytic standards, including ICD 203 and ICD 206, to ensure products are objective, accurate, thoroughly sourced, and analytically sound. </li> <li>Presenting intelligence briefings and oral updates to leadership, stakeholders, and customers on current and emerging terrorism-related threats. </li> <li>Identifying intelligence gaps, conducting targeted research, and recommending additional collection or analysis to address evolving mission needs. </li> <li>Tracking global terrorism developments and maintaining situational awareness of relevant threats, entities, regions, and events critical to U.S. national security. </li> <li>Supporting continuous operational demands, including shift-based work and rapidly shifting priorities, while maintaining high-quality intelligence reporting. </li> <li>Building effective working relationships with mission partners and customers to understand their needs and provide actionable, mission-focused analysis. </li> <li>Using critical thinking, advanced research, and analytical skills to evaluate complex and sometimes conflicting information and produce reliable intelligence judgments. </li> <li>Analyzing historical and current reporting, operational data, and other relevant sources to identify emerging threats and long-term patterns. </li> </ul> 🧠What You Bring  <ul> <li>A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university </li> <li>An active DoD TOP SECRET Security with SCI Eligibility Clearance </li> <li>2+ years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community or related national security missions. </li> <li>Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.  </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to create, edit, and manage professional documents, presentations, and reports, with intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required. </li> <li>Ability to convey complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately in both technical and non-technical contexts </li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where requirements can change mid-process and rework is required under a compressed timeframe </li> </ul> ⭐Bonus Points  <ul> <li>Familiarity with ICD 203 and ICD 206 and their application to intelligence tradecraft and product development. </li> <li>Ability to support 24/7 operational requirements, including rotating or non-standard schedules. </li> <li>Knowledge of Department of the Navy organizations, missions, and operational environments. </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"> At JRC we offer... <ul> <li>A competitive compensation package</li> <li>An exceptional employee benefits program, providing support for our team members' well-being and success</li> <li>The chance to contribute to a high-profile Department of Defense programs and make a positive impact</li> <li>A collaborative work environment where teamwork, creativity, and innovation thrive</li> <li>Opportunities for professional growth and development, helping you advance your career</li> </ul> </div>
