This role works closely with clinical, financial, technology, and operational leaders to establish governance processes and track performance against key organizational priorities - from strategy development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. The candidate must be entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and highly collaborative. They should be a curious self-starter, who is excited about the prospect of identifying opportunities and designing solutions to advance the business. This role will report to the VP, Enterprise Performance.  The Day to Day  <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build subject matter expertise in key reporting tools and data sources that inform Strive’s performance metrics, delivering visibility to company-wide performance results through clean, intuitive reporting.  </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly to Strive’s leaders, identifying areas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks. Serve as a go-to resource for in-depth insights and education on all enterprise performance goals. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop standards and processes that facilitate Strive’s priority and strategy setting. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support TCOC process and performance reviews with regional clinical and operational leaders. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support the governance structure, operating cadence, and program management processes for Strive’s enterprise transformation initiatives. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate execution across major workstreams, including clinical model evolution, technology modernization, workforce transition, product and customer experience changes, and reporting and analytics modernization. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support development and implementation of enterprise OKRs and KPIs that align with Strive’s mission and priorities. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work with business owners to identify and validate value, performance, and goals for new projects and investments. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create presentations and provide analytical support for internal Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities.  Business travel may be required for opportunities to connect with stakeholders, serve patients, and attend Strive-sponsored team events.  </li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications  <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant fields. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of relevant experience  </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Operations and Finance functions </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis at an intermediate level or above </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of experience creating PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders, including Executives </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.  </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications   <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working in the US healthcare system, with focus on Value-Based Care.  </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Management Consulting experience. </li> </ul> About You  <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Analytical mindset, focused on building, implementing, and tracking the success of companywide programs.  </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong executive presence with polished communication and presentation skills. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Self-starter with strong bias for action and going where there is a need. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Holds self and others accountable for high-quality, timely, and effective results.  </li> </ul>   Annual Base Salary Range: $108,500 - $136,000.
