This position plays a key role in building and managing commercial construction lending relationships, working closely with clients, credit partners, and community stakeholders to support sound lending decisions and project success.</span></div> </div> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><u>What You'll Do:</u></strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to):</span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Develop loans, maintain loan portfolio, collect delinquent loans, service their client base, collect customer data and provide information as requested for Market Executive, Construction and A&amp;D Executive Vice President, Lending/Credit Administration and/or Regional President.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Assist assigned regions as it pertains specifically to Commercial Construction as follows:</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Responsible for initial evaluation of risks related to the market, lease up/stabilization, project costs, approval status, and construction administration.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Works directly with credit department employees to gather and evaluate post approval and pre settlement construction administration required documentation such as budgets, contracts, HVCRE determinations, building permits, etc.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Along with credit department employees maintains responsibility for ongoing construction management to ensure successful completion of construction and stabilization or sell out of projects.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Prepares documentation and supporting information for credit decision recommendations and works with the credit department and loan portfolio specialists to prepare credit memos in nCino.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Responsible for resolving all outstanding documentation and loan expectations.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Achieve loan, deposit, and referral goals as defined in incentive compensation plan.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Reports pertinent information to immediate supervisor as required; compiles necessary information as directed and provides data to appropriate Bank personnel.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">This role is expected to actively participate in community events and maintain membership(s) in local, non-profit organizations (preferably in an executive/board role).</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Responds to inquiries or requests from other personnel, customers etc., within given time frames and within established procedure.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Performs self-evaluation paperwork on or before the due date on an annual basis.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Performs any duties assigned by the Construction and A&amp;D Executive Vice President /Regional President relating to the Bank and its functions</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Demonstrates compliance awareness by completing all required regulatory and compliance training (e.g., BSA, CRA, ECOA) on or before deadlines, and actively supporting all policies, procedures, and practices that promote risk management, safety, and regulatory adherence.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Consistently demonstrates the Company’s core values and principles through behaviors, actions, and decisions.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><u>Location:</u></strong> Middletown Loan Production Office (LPO) - 102 Sleepy Hollow Dr., Suite 204, Middletown, DE 19709</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><u>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Full-time.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Exempt.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Days of Work: Monday-Friday.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><u>Required Education and Experience:</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">High school diploma/GED equivalent.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field or a comparable level of experience and education.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">5–10 years of commercial lending or commercial banking experience, including proven business development success.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience with complex loan structuring, financial analysis, and portfolio management.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Federal NMLS License may be required for this role following company training and if business need exists.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><u>Compensation:</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The pay range for this position is $115,000 -
