<h2>About the role</h2> We’re hiring a Lead Analyst, Financial Crimes to support operations of our transaction monitoring program designed to identify and investigate unusual activity across our member accounts. You’ll work closely with internal teams and bank partners to assess risk, surface insights, and ensure we’re meeting regulatory expectations while protecting our members. As a Lead Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving high-quality investigations and improving how we detect and respond to financial crime. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $139,000.00 and up to $193,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. <h2>In this role, you can expect to</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Review account activity using monitoring tools to identify potentially unusual or suspicious behavior  </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Work with vendor partners to ensure quality and productivity expectations are met</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Identify emerging trends and transactional risks that warrant monitoring coverage </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner with bank partners to evaluate risk and respond to escalations  </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Update processes and ensure documentation is maintained up to date</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Recommend account actions (e.g., retention or closure) based on findings  </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Identify trends or anomalies through data and contribute to process improvements</li> </ul> <h2>To thrive in this role, you have</h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">5+ years of experience in financial crimes, fraud, or risk investigations  </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong knowledge of AML regulations (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, SAR/UAR reporting)  </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience identifying suspicious activity and conducting end-to-end investigations  </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to analyze transaction data and identify patterns or anomalies  </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment  </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience working cross-functionally and communicating with external partners  </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">CAMS certification (preferred) </li> </ul> #LI-EI1 #LI-Onsite<div class="content-conclusion"><h2>A little about us</h2> At Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress.
