You will manage a team working within a fast-paced environment delivering infrastructure and end-to-end software solutions.</div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">&nbsp;</div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">Position location is hybrid based on customer locations.</div> </div> <p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Program Management Support</li> <li>Cost Report Development and Analysis</li> <li>Contract Management including setup in financial management software, Mod reviews, Funding Runout tracking, EAC/VAC analysis</li> <li>Schedule Development</li> <li>CDRL generation</li> <li>Supporting Status and Customer Meetings</li> <li>ROM and Proposal Support</li> <li>Dependencies and Risk Support</li> <li>Monthly Status Reports</li> <li>EVM</li> <li>Program Startup Support</li> <li>Support early phases of starting a program to establish appropriate infrastructure for the team and ensure contract compliance</li> <li>WBS Definition, Charge Number Setup</li> <li>Process Definition</li> <li>Business Rhythm definition</li> <li>Schedule &amp; Milestones preparation and support</li> <li>CDRL planning</li> <li>Program Leadership</li> <li>Serve as primary POC to customer and SMX team for small projects, both internal and external.</li> <li>People Leadership</li> <li>Serve as primary people manager to SMX Space &amp; Intelligence BU employees on the program(s) supported</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Required Skills &amp; Experience</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Clearance Required: Top Secret/ TS(SCI eligible) preferred.
