This isn’t a behind-the-scenes coordination role; it’s the connective tissue of our entire hiring operation.</p> <p>You’ll work directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to make sure every step of the process runs smoothly and every person who walks through our door has a great experience. You’ll be partnering across the business from day one, with high visibility and plenty of room to grow.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="3073" data-local-id="27b6b372-b656-4cc7-b8b5-0181e9f74f92"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Recruiting Coordination</strong> <ul> <li>Build and manage requisitions in Greenhouse, keeping our ATS organized and audit-ready.</li> <li>Create and maintain interview plans, assessment libraries, and candidate-facing materials for every open role.</li> <li>Configure application questions, stage transitions, and automated notifications so the process runs itself.</li> <li>Prepare offer letters, NDAs, and recruiting documentation with precision and professionalism.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>TA Operations</strong> <ul> <li>Own recruiting reporting, both manual and automated, and keep the data clean enough to trust.</li> <li>Build and maintain SOPs, process guides, and system documentation in Confluence.</li> <li>Support ATS integrations and drive process improvements that make the team faster.</li> <li>Manage agency relationships, lists, and onboarding documentation.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Candidate Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Coordinate onsite and virtual interview schedules across candidates, interviewers, and recruiting teams.</li> <li>Arrange candidate travel and logistics, including flights, hotels, and day-of support, so every visit is seamless.</li> <li>Serve as the warm, professional face of Skillz throughout the interview process.</li> <li>Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates, recruiters, and executive admins at every stage.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Sourcing &amp; Greenhouse strongly preferred.</li> <li>A track record of coordinating interviews, offers, and candidate logistics without dropping a ball.</li> <li>Comfortable with data, reporting, and writing clear process documentation.</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office;
