If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and you're excited about contributing to the success of a high-growth Series D-funded company, we'd love for you to apply.</div>The Role   You will play a critical role working across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure our satellite components flow smoothly between Quality, Production, and Test areas. You will support daily execution, identify and resolve blockers, keep our high-performance production lines moving, all whilst maintaining quality standards and alignment with schedule goals.    Responsibilities   <ul> <li>Track and manage parts through all stages of production, including procurement, kitting, assembly, test, and integration  </li> <li>Assist in planning and staging material for production builds, and efficiently identify and resolve part readiness issues prior to build start  </li> <li>Collaborate with Technicians, Engineers, and Production Managers to support daily execution and remove blockers  </li> <li>Support setup and optimization of lineside inventory by coordinating with Supply Chain and Production teams to stage parts at the point of use  </li> <li>Maintain and monitor lineside inventory levels through regular audits, compiling dashboard reports, restocking schedule, and ERP/MRP reports  </li> <li>Perform de-kitting and coordinate return to stock or return to vendor processes  </li> <li>Reconcile BOM discrepancies and assist in correcting system data in ERP/MRP tools  </li> <li>Support flight component receiving, kitting, and shipping operations as needed  </li> <li>Manage physical and digital library of calibrated tools in production areas   </li> </ul> Qualifications   <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent certification  </li> <li>3+ years of experience handling parts in a production manufacturing environment  </li> <li>Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Warp Drive etc.)  </li> </ul> Nice to Have   <ul> <li>Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of Microsoft Office products  </li> <li>Demonstrated inventory experience in a high paced environment  </li> <li>Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments  </li> <li>Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment  </li> <li>Experience working with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, or similar)  </li> <li>APICS certification  </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology field  </li> </ul> Additional Requirements   <ul> <li>Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as bending or twisting, grasping, standing, lifting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying </li> <li>Must be able to lift and carry parts or equipment up to 50 lbs. unassisted </li> <li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time </li> <li>Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed </li> </ul> Compensation and Benefits:   <ul> <li>Hourly pay range for this non-exempt role is $24 – $30 + equity in the company  </li> <li>Compensation will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: knowledge and skills, education, and experience level  </li> <li>Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, paid parental leave, and many other perks </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">If you don’t meet 100% of the preferred skills and experience, we encourage you to still apply!
