That means surfacing unstated assumptions, identifying conflicting requirements before they reach development, and documenting what was agreed to with enough precision that the team can build from it without circling back. You will translate those conversations into well-formed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, evaluate solution options against real business constraints, and flag trade-offs before work begins.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Stakeholder Alignment and Conflict Resolution</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":120,"335559739":50}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">Multiple teams will often bring competing priorities and different interpretations of what a system should do. You will own the alignment work — getting the right people in the room, making trade-offs visible, and resolving conflicts before they become delivery delays. That includes keeping sprint commitments transparent to dependent teams and managing expectations proactively when scope or timelines need to shift.
