This highly motivated leader will be collaborative while being highly influential and leading change to manage both direct reports and assigned or secondment resources who do not report directly to the portfolio manager. font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Manage a team of Environmental Specialists</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Coaching Environmental Specialists, Material Handlers, and Environmental Technicians. through the advancement program through regular 1:1 meeting, at least monthly</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Provide feedback and professional guidance to onsite staff</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Work collaboratively with inside operations to ensure staff are meeting all training milestones, safety deliverables, and generally adhering to TEI programs and policies</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Serve as an advocate for TEI internal programs including STOP program, ROPE/TALK mentorships, and CDL driver programs</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Complete required administrative tasks including timesheet, expense report and PTO approval</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Verify direct reports adhere to TEI policies and quality standards</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Deliver trainings to new hires, including support of the yearlong onboarding program</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Contribute to the growth of Triumvirate via knowledge and methodology sharing, case studies, proposal development, marketing collateral assistance, and recruiting.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Ensure that required administrative tasks (timesheets, backlog reports, expenses) are completed accurately and in a timely manner.</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Rotating on-call responsibilities as part of our Emergency Response team</li> </ul> Lab Services Coordination <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Hands-on management of Lab Services projects to ensure high quality service delivery and customer satisfaction</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Scope projects for new and existing clients to ensure proper project planning</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Understand and anticipate customer needs related to Lab Services projects</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Support the Technical Services Team in facilitating customer and internal communication</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Deliver the WOW</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Create and review pack strategies and ensure onsite staff are trained to them</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Participate in disposals from top ten Onsite Support Services accounts, assist with adherence to pack strategy and process</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Complete site visits for Lab Services projects and for Onsite Support Services accounts with a focus on targeted training of employees on lab packing, waste routing, and disposal</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Become an expert in high hazard work, liaise with corporate High Haz Team</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Improve and promote general safety culture</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Active STOP Audit participation member</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Routinely review Health and Safety Plans while working in the field and completing site audits</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Maintain and track usage of field laptops and printers</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Host routine Projects Team meetings to communicate project updates, training, financial discussions, and open forum discussions</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Active participant in contract and account reviews with cost recovery team</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Gain baseline knowledge of account contracts</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Be a primary technical resource for the Sales Team regarding Lab Services work, assist with costing and quoting</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Work with Service Managers to track revenue and profit margins, report on these to Sales and Executive Teams.</li> </ul>   Basic Requirements: <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">BS in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or other related majors, or equivalent required</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">2+ year(s) of experience in the hazardous waste field, or relative experience</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Prior knowledge, experience, and compliance with DOT, RCRA, and other applicable regulations</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must have a reliable form of transportation</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Ability to work overtime on a regular basis</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday)</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">Must be able to report to designated office within 1 hour during Emergency Response rotating shifts</li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">The Lab Services Coordinator frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment.
