Known for excellence and professionalism, we’re hired as strategic and creative partners by our biopharmaceutical clients to drive category/brand awareness and growth. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>As a Group Copy Supervisor, you will lead the development of compelling, strategy-driven content focused on market access, payer, reimbursement, and Patient Support Program audiences across multiple therapeutic areas. You will oversee junior writers, ensuring the highest standards of medical accuracy, strategic alignment, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help shape messaging that clearly communicates clinical and economic value to access stakeholders, maintain consistency, and mentor junior and mid-level writers. This role requires both hands-on writing expertise and strong leadership skills.</p> <p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead writer in the development of access focused scientific and promotional content, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, value proposition, and compliance requirements.</li> <li>Oversee and mentor junior copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and career development support.</li> <li>Partner with creative, medical, market access, and account teams to develop compelling, high-quality content across multiple channels (digital, print, video, sales materials, payer tools, etc.).</li> <li>Review and edit content for scientific accuracy, clarity, engagement, and adherence to brand voice, with a focus on communicating clinical and economic outcomes effectively.</li> <li>Understand industry trends, including payer landscape, reimbursement dynamics, and access considerations, as well as regulatory guidelines and competitive insights - used to inform copy and content</li> <li>Present content to internal teams and clients, articulating strategic rationale and addressing feedback.</li> <li>Manage workload and workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.</li> <li>Collaborate with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to navigate approval processes efficiently</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Life Sciences, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.</li> <li>6+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical copywriting; managerial experience a plus</li> <li>Strong understanding of medical, scientific, and economic concepts, with experience translating complex data into compelling content for payer and access audiences.</li> <li>Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (for example FDA, OPDP, and medical/legal review processes), as well as market access considerations such as HEOR, value messaging, and reimbursement.</li> <li>Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.</li> <li>Experience working across a variety of therapeutic areas is preferred.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management and collaboration tools.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">Salary Range:&nbsp;</span></span></strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph">$125,000 - $150,000</span></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>BGB Group is headquartered in New York City, and the salary range listed reflects the expected base compensation for this role in the New York City metropolitan area. <strong>This position may be performed remotely within the United States.</strong>&nbsp;For candidates located outside the New York City area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee’s primary work location.
