About the Role

<p data-path-to-node="8">As a key member of the Technical Services function, you will play an important role in advancing Navan’s operational capabilities by delivering outstanding IT support across our Paris site and global teams.&nbsp;<br>You will be the "boots on the ground" ensuring our local team remains productive while also contributing to our global support mission.</p> <p data-path-to-node="9">You will help uphold Navan’s high service standards while contributing to the reliable, secure, and scalable technology foundation that enables the business to grow.<br>Our Paris office is a key hub for our growth, currently housing 80 employees with plans to expand to 120+ by the end of the year.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="10"><strong data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="0">What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul data-path-to-node="11"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">On-Site Presence:</strong> Provide dedicated, on-site support at our Paris office <strong data-path-to-node="11,0,0" data-index-in-node="73">Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Global Support:</strong> Monitor and resolve tickets via Slack and our global ticketing queue, supporting Navan employees across various time zones.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Meeting Excellence:</strong> Take full ownership of Zoom Room functionality; manage technical setup and presentation support for "All Hands" meetings and stakeholder events.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Lifecycle Management:</strong> Lead the local onboarding and off boarding logistics, including device preparation, account provisioning, and IT inductions.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Infrastructure &amp; Assets:</strong> Maintain local workstation setups, printer fleets, and conference room technology while managing local hardware inventory and repairs.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Administration:</strong> Administer and troubleshoot our core stack, including <strong>Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Gem.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">On-Call Rotation:</strong> Participate in a team on-call rotation (typically 1 week per month).</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="12"><strong data-path-to-node="12" data-index-in-node="0">What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul data-path-to-node="13"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Language:</strong> Fluency in both <strong data-path-to-node="13,0,0" data-index-in-node="26">French and English</strong> is mandatory.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Experience:</strong> 3–5 years of IT Support experience with a <strong>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science</strong> (or 5–10 years of experience in lieu of a degree).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Proficiency:</strong> Strong administrative knowledge of <strong data-path-to-node="13,2,0" data-index-in-node="58">Okta, Google Workspace, and Zoom</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Hardware/MDM:</strong> Experience managing <strong data-path-to-node="13,3,0" data-index-in-node="34">Windows (PC)</strong> and <strong data-path-to-node="13,3,0" data-index-in-node="51">macOS/iOS</strong> devices using <strong data-path-to-node="13,3,0" data-index-in-node="75">JAMF</strong> and/or Intune.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Communication:</strong> A "white-glove" service mindset with the ability to support everyone from new starters to C-level executives with empathy and professionalism.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Adaptability:</strong> Proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth corporate IT environment.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Physicality:</strong> Ability to lift 10–50 lbs for hardware-related tasks.<br><br><br></p> <p class="font-normal leading-normal">&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul>
