This role provides </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW111495215 BCX8">site specific </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW111495215 BCX8">leadership for quality assurance, continuous improvement, audits, and cross-functional coordination to ensure product safety, reliability, and conformance.</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW111495215 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"335559685":-20,"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Key Responsibilities: </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead and maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA, EASA, and applicable internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop, implement, and continuously improve Quality Management System (QMS)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits, including corrective and preventive actions. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage Metrology Lab and Calibration Schedules </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of flexible material testing preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Direct and manage quality control technicians. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Operational review board (ORB) managing member.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure quality planning and risk management throughout product lifecycle (APQP, FMEA, control plans)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li>Participate in nonconformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes. </li>
<li>Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Program Management, Director’s and VPs to ensure quality objectives are met. </li>
<li>Establish and track quality metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. </li>
<li>Manage supplier quality performance, including audits and performance improvement plans. </li>
<li>Ensure proper configuration management, document control, and records retention. </li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop quality team members. </li>
<li>Support customer quality requirements, issue resolution, and performance reviews. </li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety and airworthiness requirements. </li>
<li>Compile and present QTRLY QA reviews and presentations in relation to site location. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Requirements:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">or</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> equivalent experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">5+ years of quality management experience in the Stratospheric Platform industry preferred</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">In-depth knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace regulatory requirements</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience leading audits and interfacing with customers and regulators.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong problem-solving skills using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, SPC, FMEA</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency with Statistical Software suites such as JMP or Minitab</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559737":-20,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Must be located near Greenville, Tx or willing to relocate to Greenville, Tx (Area of Northeast Texas) </span></li>
