<p class="overflow-wrap-anywhere mb-4 break-words text-base font-normal leading-7 last:mb-0 [li_&]:mb-0">You’ll lead a team of Sales Solutions Specialists, driving performance, quote-to-order conversion, and operational excellence. This role blends leadership, technical expertise, and sales execution to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience while achieving revenue goals.</p>
<p class="overflow-wrap-anywhere mb-4 break-words text-base font-normal leading-7 last:mb-0 [li_&]:mb-0">As Manager, Sales Solutions, you’ll oversee the full quote lifecycle from intake to conversion while aligning closely with Business Development and Sales teams. You’ll coach your team, remove obstacles, and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets are met.</p>

<li class="py-0.5">Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Solutions Specialists</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Set clear goals, KPIs, and expectations; monitor and drive performance</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Conduct regular call monitoring, observations, and feedback sessions</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Manage daily workload distribution and ensure proper phone coverage</li>

<li class="py-0.5">Ensure alignment with sales goals and revenue targets</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Monitor pipeline activity and proactively address gaps</li>

<li class="py-0.5">Oversee timely and accurate quote and order processing</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Maintain SLA compliance across all customer touchpoints (phone, email, voicemail)</li>

<li class="py-0.5">Ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions across the team</li>

<li class="py-0.5">Monitor open quotes (e.g., IQ61 reporting) to ensure timely follow-up and conversion</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Ensure CRM/system notes are current and actionable</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Track and improve key metrics: SLA, quote volume, and conversion rates</li>
</ul>

<li class="py-0.5">Maintain strong knowledge of CRL products, systems, and configurators</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Review bid documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate, competitive quotes</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Support team in delivering technically sound solutions to customers</li>
</ul>

<li class="py-0.5">Partner with Sales, Business Development, and other Team Leaders to meet shared goals</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Align resources and priorities to maintain SLA performance</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="mb-1 mt-4 break-words text-lg font-semibold"><span class="font-semibold">What You Bring</span></h3>
<ul class="ml-4 list-outside list-disc">
<li class="py-0.5">5–10 years of experience in inside sales, estimating, or technical sales</li>
<li class="py-0.5">2+ years of leadership, team management, or mentoring experience</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive performance improvements</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and bid documents</li>
<li class="py-0.5">Experience with quoting tools, CRM systems, or configurators preferred</li>
