This role requires analytical skills and a thorough understanding of financial principles.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.</li> <li>Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including issuing customer invoices and monitoring collections.</li> <li>Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including processing and posting supplier invoices.</li> <li>Record and reconcile bank transactions and cash movements.</li> <li>Analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate accounting of tax information from tax department.&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform detailed account reconciliations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in preparing budget variances.</li> <li>Support internal and external audits.&nbsp;</li> <li>Implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Train and mentor junior accounting staff.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Solid knowledge of accounting practices, finance, or a related field, with experience in implementing financial solutions and managing tasks of moderate complexity.
