As a <strong>DevOps Engineer</strong> on the CoreVoice team, you'll be at the heart of a mission-critical system that handles telephony traffic at global scale. You'll help us evolve and modernize this platform continuously — without ever taking it offline.</p> <h2><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Maintain, improve, and evolve CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling to support&nbsp;a high-availability, high-demand voice platform</li> <li>Design and implement infrastructure automation to reduce manual operations&nbsp;and increase system reliability</li> <li>Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure platform health and performance</li> <li>Collaborate with engineering teams to support scalability, maintainability, and optimization of the CoreVoice infrastructure</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives — from deployment workflows to operational runbooks</li> <li>Contribute to the evolution of an existing production system while maintaining uninterrupted service delivery</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you'll bring</strong></h2> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>4+ years of experience</strong> in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role</li> <li>Hands-on experience with<strong> AWS services</strong> (EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, networking)</li> <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation</li> <li>Good abilities in Python/Shell/Bash and other scripting languages</li> <li>Proven knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, ArgoCD) and automated build/deployment workflows</li> <li>Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB, or CloudWatch</li> <li>A self-starter mindset with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a distributed team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience we consider a plus:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes</li> <li>Familiarity with SIP protocol, VoIPMonitor or similar VoIP monitoring tools</li> <li>Background in telecom, SaaS, or high-availability platform environments</li> </ul> <p></p> <p class="wnfdntt _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea" data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-KF1</span></p> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>There’s no perfect candidate.</strong> You don't need all the preferred qualifications to make a valuable impact on our team.
