We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment, empowering our employees to be their authentic selves.&nbsp;</p></div><h2 data-start="169" data-end="178"></h2> <p data-start="167" data-end="184"><strong>Team</strong></p> <p data-start="186" data-end="359">The Devops Engineer would be an active member within the Voice Application Services team, responsible for providing automation and test support for the SW releases of Five9.</p> <hr data-start="361" data-end="364"> <p data-start="366" data-end="390"><strong data-start="366" data-end="390">Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-start="392" data-end="1498"> <li data-section-id="1bb8ccq" data-start="392" data-end="489">Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Ansible and Terraform</li> <li data-section-id="149tqry" data-start="490" data-end="555">Build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP</li> <li data-section-id="t11s6y" data-start="556" data-end="645">Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitLab CI/CD, or similar</li> <li data-section-id="ob6r5y" data-start="646" data-end="735">Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows across distributed systems</li> <li data-section-id="1aumdh2" data-start="736" data-end="850">Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and high system reliability</li> <li data-section-id="oc9opt" data-start="851" data-end="967">Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve availability and scalability</li> <li data-section-id="vra7n6" data-start="968" data-end="1035">Develop and maintain reusable automation modules and frameworks</li> <li data-section-id="pzxgys" data-start="1036" data-end="1148">Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and drive improvements in automation and operational workflows</li> <li data-section-id="ktrjyg" data-start="1149" data-end="1224">Work with REST APIs and integrate services across systems and platforms</li> <li data-section-id="1pm5rk3" data-start="1225" data-end="1341">Leverage AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality</li> <li data-section-id="b3wwo9" data-start="1342" data-end="1498">Support and manage voice infrastructure components, including protocols such as SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol)</li> </ul> <hr data-start="1500" data-end="1503"> <p data-start="1505" data-end="1532"><strong data-start="1505" data-end="1532">Qualifications &amp;
