Ability to work with vendors to phase shipments of materials based on manufacturing capabilities.</p> <p><strong>This position requires an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret SCI which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.</strong></p> <p><strong>Application Deadline:&nbsp; June 29, 2026</strong></p> <p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support logistics operations for our clients, assisting in procurement and delivery of equipment to directed locations.</li> <li>Leverage strong knowledge of local language, business etiquette, and cultural practices to bridge gaps between our company and Taiwanese stakeholders.</li> <li>Expand and maintain local networks for sourcing, distribution, and logistics of a variety of goods and services.</li> <li>Provide organized, detail-oriented support in planning, scheduling, and coordinating logistic activities.</li> <li>Analyze and interpret industry-specific intricacies to advise on best practices, regulatory requirements, and cost-saving opportunities.</li> <li>Assist with vendor relations, supply chain coordination, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.</li> <li>Proactively identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize efficiency in logistics processes.</li> <li>Assist international clients in understanding local culture, regulations, and business practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills/Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>U.S. Citizenship; Valid US Passport.</li> <li>This position requires an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret SCI</li> <li>Able to work in an independent work environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Experience in logistics, supply chain, or market-entry support.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build and expand local business networks.</li> <li>Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing market conditions.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain or equivalent field.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Adaptability while managing multiple projects in an evolving environment.</li> <li>An NDA (non-disclosure agreement) may be required prior to employment.</li> <li>Knowledge of DFARs/FARs.</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of ITAR.</li> <li>5+ years of DoD procurement experience.</li> <li>5+ years of DoD supply chain management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Skills/Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of DoD procurement systems and contracting processes</li> <li>Familiarity with TAA compliance</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> </div> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <hr> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
