Today, Iterative Health is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and New York City with 250+ employees world-wide.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Vice President, M&amp;A at Iterative Health will lead the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of strategic acquisitions and other inorganic growth opportunities. Partnering closely with the Chief Development Officer, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams, this leader will own the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, from market mapping and partial target sourcing through due diligence, closing, and post-acquisition integration. This individual will also help establish a disciplined, scalable M&amp;A function that supports the company's long-term strategic and financial objectives, including opportunities to expand our clinical research site network through acquisitions and de novo development.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Where You’ll Drive Impact&nbsp;</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">M&amp;A Strategy &amp; Sourcing</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with the Chief Development Officer, executive leadership and both internal and external stakeholders to lead the identification, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of acquisitions and other strategic transactions that advance Iterative Health's growth strategy.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and execute an M&amp;A strategy aligned with company growth priorities and financial objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition and de novo opportunities across clinical research, healthcare services, life sciences, and adjacent markets.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build a robust pipeline of acquisition targets through industry relationships, proprietary sourcing, investors, and external advisors.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to assess strategic fit, growth potential, and value creation opportunities.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Transaction Execution &amp; Due Diligence</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead the end-to-end M&amp;A lifecycle, including valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate cross-functional diligence across finance, legal, operations, people, technology, and regulatory functions to identify risks and opportunities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop acquisition models, return analyses, pro forma projections, and assessments of synergies, capital requirements, and transaction economics.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors to structure transactions, negotiate terms, and manage documentation through close.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Site Expansion &amp; Integration</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Evaluate acquisition and de novo opportunities to expand Iterative Health's clinical research site network and geographic reach.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with business and functional leaders to assess operational feasibility, investment requirements, and opportunities for scalable growth.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead post-acquisition integration planning and translate transaction assumptions into measurable operating priorities and value-creation initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Monitor post-close performance and refine integration processes to maximize transaction value.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Leadership &amp; Executive Communication</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Establish scalable M&amp;A processes, evaluation frameworks, approval workflows, and pipeline reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Present acquisition opportunities, financial analyses, transaction updates, and recommendations to the Chief Development Officer, executive leadership, and Board of Directors, as appropriate.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build relationships with industry executives, investors, founders, and advisors to strengthen deal flow and market intelligence.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Mentor and develop corporate development team members as the function scales.</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Performs related duties as requested&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You Bring to the Team</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deep M&amp;A expertise with strong healthcare/health-tech experience, executive presence, analytical rigor, and exceptional transaction execution skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">8-10+ years of relevant experience in M&amp;A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or a combination of these disciplines, preferably with experience in healthcare services, life sciences or an adjacent multi-site industry.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Significant experience leading and closing complex acquisitions and strategic transactions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience managing transactions across the full M&amp;A lifecycle, from sourcing through integration.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of healthcare, health-tech, life sciences, digital health, healthcare technology, or adjacent markets.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deep knowledge of physician practice management and financial management of physician practices to include reimbursement systems, metrics and operational challenges.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, transaction structuring, and analytical capabilities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience presenting transaction recommendations to C-suite executives and/or Boards of Directors.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated external advisors and counterparties.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Results-oriented individual, with the capacity to follow through on pragmatic plans and ensure alignment of interests through effective communication&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">An engaging, visible, and persuasive individual who is highly capable of building trust and motivating colleagues.
