For more information, visit <a href="wppmedia.com">wppmedia.com</a>.</div>Role Summary and Impact   WPP Media is looking for a Client Director, who will manage the relationship with the client and will develop innovative projects of communication planning, promoting the use of Agency’s tools and technologies. He/She will operate ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and the effective delivery to the client. She/He will be the key responsible for customer satisfaction. The role includes daily interaction both with client and the agency’s staff functions: Strategy, Digital, Technology, Commercial.    Key Responsibilities   <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Leading the definition of innovative communication strategies, promoting the adoption of cutting-edge agency tools, technologies, and pioneering new approaches in media planning and execution.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Managing strategically the budget of assigned brands, identifying and meeting unmet client needs, and defining success through key performance indicators related to client satisfaction, value delivery, and business growth.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Coordinating daily interactions with internal agency functions (Strategic, Digital, Technology, Commercial) and ensuring seamless collaboration and leveraging the WPP network's diverse capabilities for maximum client impact.</li> </ul>   Requirements   <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic media leadership or client management within the media industry</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Degree or equivalent cultural background.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Fluent English is Mandatory (C1).</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Demonstrated expertise in strategic media planning and a deep understanding of the evolving digital, tech, and martech landscape.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Exceptional client advocacy and negotiation skills, with a history of shaping client engagements and optimizing business success.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Previous experience in a strategic role or a strong strategic component within past position will be considered as a plus.</li> </ul>   Skills and Attributes   <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 80);">Strategic & Innovative Leadership: Drive strategic vision, anticipate market trends, and inspire teams toward innovative, long-term solutions.
