As a <strong>Project Analyst</strong>, you will work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Migration Consultants, and Technical teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple project workstreams while supporting project planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and delivery activities.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working in a collaborative project environment.<br><br></p> <h3><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from project initiation to deployment and post-implementation support.</li> <li>Assist in project planning, scheduling, status tracking, risk monitoring, and progress reporting.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action logs, project reports, and other project deliverables.</li> <li>Gather, document, and organize business and functional requirements from stakeholders.</li> <li>Coordinate with functional, migration, interface, and technical teams to ensure project activities are delivered on schedule.</li> <li>Support solution validation activities and participate in system walkthroughs and project discussions.</li> <li>Prepare test scenarios, execute functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document test results, and follow up on issue resolution.</li> <li>Track project issues, risks, change requests, and action items to ensure timely closure.</li> <li>Support the preparation of training materials, user onboarding documentation, and operational guides.</li> <li>Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Gain hands-on exposure across different project workstreams, including functional analysis, testing, migration, interfaces, and project management, while supporting day-to-day project delivery.</li> <li>Perform other project-related tasks and administrative activities as assigned.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Need to Succeed</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.</li> <li><strong>0-3 years of experience</strong> in IT project coordination or project management support.</li> <li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders.</li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>project management tools</strong> (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello) will be an advantage.</li> <li>Experience working with IT teams and understanding technical concepts is a plus.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></h3> <p>At AvePoint, we believe in empowering our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
