Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts—building trust, offering insight, and ensuring client needs are met with confidence and care.  </li> <li>Drive delivery excellence. Partner with Delivery Managers and Technical Leads to keep projects on track, proactively remove blockers, and promote a culture of quality and accountability.  </li> <li>Grow client accounts. Build and execute account plans to expand our footprint, identify new opportunities, and connect UDig’s capabilities to client goals.  </li> <li>Promote strategic value. Help clients connect delivery success to broader business outcomes—strengthening our partnerships through insights, best practices, and recommendations.  </li> <li>Represent UDig’s brand.
