Start your journey with OBE and help us build the future.</div>What You’ll Get to Do  The Lead Assembler is focused on leading and training personnel in a manner consistent with the Company’s policies and procedures. This role supports the department supervisor in the day-to day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems) to efficiently, safely and effectively achieve performance targets. In addition, implementing and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
