<p><strong>In This Role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Plan and manage daily production schedules based on fluctuating customer demand, order volume, and deadlines</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Communicate real-time changes in prioritization clearly and promptly to all appropriate team members and departments</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor active work orders across the production floor, identifying and resolving stalled, delayed, or blocked orders</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate the release and tracking of expedited work orders to the production floor, ensuring timely fulfillment</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer products, standard lead times, active promotions, and fulfillment requirements</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proactively flag capacity constraints, material shortages, or scheduling conflicts to leadership before they impact deadlines</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting actionable solutions</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>The Ideal Person</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">3+ years of experience in production coordination, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field preferred</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">High school diploma or GED required</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Clear and confident communicator—comfortable interfacing with team members at all levels</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li>
