About the Role

<h2>A Day in the Life:</h2> <p>As a Facilities Assistant, you’ll support the daily operations and maintenance of Monster Energy facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. You’ll monitor building conditions, assist with repairs and improvements, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and support general upkeep across office and warehouse spaces. Your role may also include assisting with shuttle operations, operating a forklift, and supporting office services as needed—helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.</p> <h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2> <ul> <li>Support facilities management with building maintenance, daily operations, and overall facility preservation</li> <li>Monitor facility conditions and ensure buildings are inspection-ready at all times</li> <li>Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors across trades such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and security</li> <li>Assist with scheduling and completion of repairs, maintenance, and improvements in a timely and cost-effective manner</li> <li>Support janitorial, housekeeping, and shuttle programs; serve as an alternate shuttle driver when needed</li> <li>Audit employee seating and location records and process updates accurately</li> <li>Help maintain a safe work environment by identifying and addressing potential safety concerns</li> <li>Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to meet operational goals</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment</li> <li>A clear and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing</li> <li>Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative with minimal supervision</li> <li>Safety-conscious with a strong sense of accountability</li> <li>Capable of exercising sound judgment within established procedures and guidelines</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below.
