If so, we’d like to talk with you about growing with us.</div>We are currently seeking a full-time Environmental Scientist, Engineer or Geologist for our Houston, TX office.  This is an excellent opportunity to join and grow EnSafe, getting involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients across the globe. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.   DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will: <ul> <li>Performing Phase I/II environmental site assessments </li> <li>Preparation of work plans </li> <li>Conducting site investigation activities (sampling of soil, groundwater, surface water, indoor air, vapor intrusion, soil gas, drinking water, and building materials)</li> <li>Provide environmental compliance support to senior regulatory specialists, including data collection for permitting and/or registration; regulatory compliance evaluation and assessment; and preparation of plans and reports. </li> <li>Field documentation </li> <li>Assist in writing technical reports</li> </ul>   SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Minimum Skills and Requirements: <ul> <li>Requires a minimum of a BS (MS preferred) in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related science.</li> <li>2-5 years of experience (previous internships are helpful)</li> <li>Professional registration, certification, GID, geotechnical, and/or geophysics experience are a plus</li> <li>Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Programs including Word and Excel </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Regional travel likely</li> </ul>   Preferred Skills: <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li>Preferred, EIT, PE, GIT, or PG, and the ability to obtain a PE/PG license in other states. </li> </ul>   Why Join EnSafe? <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Employee-Owned Advantage EnSafe is 100% employee-owned, with an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1997.
