PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to develop and facilitate dual diagnosis groups, as well as provide individualized substance use treatment and support. A thorough understanding of twelve step programs is required.
