The Manager provides leaders with visibility into team capacity and staffing needs while ensuring projects are appropriately resourced and supported.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">The role also partners with the People Team on onboarding, systems, reporting, training, and other operational initiatives that contribute to an efficient and positive employee experience.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll need</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in resource management, studio operations, People operations, or a related role, ideally within a creative agency or similar environment.</li> <li>Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.</li> <li>Experience managing freelance talent and/or staffing processes.</li> <li>Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance capacity, cost, timelines, and business priorities.</li> <li>Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders across Creative, Client, Finance, People, and Operations.</li> <li>A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.</li> <li>Experience with resource management, ATS, or project management systems is a plus.</li> </ul> <p>The salary for this&nbsp;position at the time of this posting may range from $65,000 to $70,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
