The level will depend on the candidate’s experience. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and <br>approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection <br>within a fast-paced environment.</div> <div> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the test setups for power electronics labs (functional, environmental, thermal, durability, etc.)</li> <li>Perform and monitor tests as needed by the  test plan e.g. EOL and thermal measurements</li> <li>Support the failure analysis/root cause analysis for failed units/components</li> <li>Wiring high voltage cables, coolant lines, and low voltage cables to test stations</li> <li>Troubleshoot potential set up errors</li> <li>Prepare harnesses and connectors according to engineers’ requirements</li> <li>Keep the lab organized according to 5S methodology</li> <li>Be part of a team that develops amazing electronics products</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and components</li> <li>Basic understanding of HV and LV wiring and ability to read schematics</li> <li>Basic experience with setting up and programming thermal chambers</li> <li>Basic experience with cooling systems (antifreeze, coolant, refrigerant) </li> <li>Strong mechanical skills</li> <li>Hands-on mentality</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to be flexible and responsive</li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li> <li>Good understanding on how to work safely and efficiently in the lab</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Good understanding of lab equipment e.g. climate chambers, chillers, battery simulators, etc.</li> <li>Over 3 years of experience as technician</li> </ul> </div> <div> </div> <div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
